Athletic Republic delivers on-field success through scientifically-based performance training protocols that help athletes learn to move better, get faster, stronger and more powerful, while tailoring their conditioning in the best possible manner for their sport. The training tools and programs are designed to take the athlete just beyond his/her ground based training limitations so the brain learns to send stronger, more precise signals to the muscles.

We hold six patents and 4,000+ pages of proprietary speed and skill-specific training protocols that meet the demands of every sport and athlete.  Athletic Republic training programs create faster, stronger, more explosive athletes who are able to play at game speed for longer and with fewer injuries.  Our performance improvements are documented and proven.

*All programs include a pretest to look for Right and Left side deficits and a posttest to show improvements after the programs.
JUNIOR REPUBLIC
Designed for youth athlete ages 7-10.  Focus on fundamental movement patterns and agility.  Strength training consists of primarily body weight exercises.  Sessions are 30-45 minutes

TEAM TRAINING
And hour of Athletic Republic patented training program designed to not only increase every members overall speed/agility/power but also to build team unity and focus on sport specific skills

ADVANCED REPUBLIC 

Cornerstone of Acceleration program. Best for Middle and High School Athlete.  More emphasis on strength, power and core stability.  Sessions are 60 minutes.
ELITE REPUBLIC
For the advanced high performing high school, college and professional athlete.  Speed and power development and plyometric sessions takes the athlete through a full progression for optimal results
MAINTENANCE
Designed for the in-season athlete.  Training sessions include both speed and plyometric work.  Extremity important for the athlete not wanting to lose pre-season improvements and overall strength. 
RECREATIONAL ATHLETE
Developed for the active adult athlete and modeled after the Athletic Republic's base program.  Training is dedicated to providing individualized functional training programs to anyone expression interest in improving their overall fitness and total wellness.
